  1. \(\displaystyle{\lim_{x \rightarrow +\infty}\dfrac{x^4+2x^2+1}{x^2-1}}\)

  2. \(\displaystyle{\lim_{x \rightarrow 0}\dfrac{\sin x}{x}}\)

  3. \(\displaystyle{\lim_{x \rightarrow +\infty}x-\sqrt{x^2-2x}}\)

  4. \(\displaystyle{\lim_{x \rightarrow 0^+}x^x}\)

  5. \(\displaystyle{\lim_{x \rightarrow 1}\dfrac{x^3+3x^2-3x-1}{x^2+x-2}}\)

  6. \(\displaystyle{\lim_{x \rightarrow +\infty}\dfrac{\cos x^2}{x}}\)

  1. \({\scriptstyle x^4+2x^2+1\over\scriptstyle x^2-1}=\dfrac{x^4}{x^2}\dfrac{1+{\scriptstyle 2\over\scriptstyle x^2}+\dfrac{1}{x^4}} { 1-\dfrac{1}{x^2}} \xrightarrow[x\rightarrow +\infty]{}\boxed{+\infty}\)

  2. Pour tout \(x\in\mathbb{R}^*\), \(\dfrac{\sin x}{x}=\dfrac{\sin x - \sin 0}{x-0} \xrightarrow[x\rightarrow 0]{} \sin'0=\boxed{1}\).

  3. \(x-\sqrt{x^2-2x}=\dfrac{\left(x-\sqrt{x^2-2x}\right)\left(x+\sqrt{x^2-2x}\right)}{x+\sqrt{x^2-2x}} =\dfrac{x^2-\left(x^2-2x\right)}{x+\sqrt{x^2-2x}}=\dfrac{x}{x}\dfrac{2}{1+\sqrt{1-{\scriptstyle 2 \over\scriptstyle x}}} \xrightarrow[x\rightarrow +\infty]{} \boxed{1}\)

  4. \(x^x = e^{x\ln x} = e^{X}\) avec \(X=x\ln x \xrightarrow[x\rightarrow 0^+]{} 0\) donc \(x^x \xrightarrow[x\rightarrow 0^+]{} \boxed{1}\).

  5. \(\dfrac{x^3+3x^2-3x-1}{x^2+x-2} = {\scriptstyle\left(x-1\right)\left(x^2+4x +1\right)\over\scriptstyle\left(x-1\right)\left(x+2\right)}\xrightarrow[x\rightarrow 1]{} \boxed{2}\)

  6. Pour tout \(x\in\mathbb{R}_+^*\), \(-{\scriptstyle 1\over\scriptstyle x} \leqslant{\scriptstyle\cos x^2\over\scriptstyle x} \leqslant {\scriptstyle 1\over\scriptstyle x}\) donc par application du théorème des gendarmes \(\displaystyle{\lim_{x \rightarrow +\infty}{\scriptstyle\cos x^2\over\scriptstyle x}}=\boxed{0}\)
