Étudier la convergence des suites suivantes, données par leur terme général :

  1. \(u_n= \left(-3\right)^n + 3^n\)

  2. \(u_n={\scriptstyle 2^{2n}+n 3^n\over\scriptstyle 2^{2n}-n 3^n}\)

  3. \(u_n= {\scriptstyle a^n+b^n\over\scriptstyle a^n-b^n}\)\(a,b\in\mathbb{R}\) et \(0< a< b\).

  4. \(u_n={\scriptstyle 3^n-4\over\scriptstyle 3^n+2}\)

  5. \(u_n={\scriptstyle\cos n\over\scriptstyle n}\)

  6. \(u_n={\scriptstyle-n^2+1\over\scriptstyle n^2+3}\)

Par conséquent, \(\left(u_n\right)\) diverge.

  2. \(u_n={\scriptstyle 2^{2n}+n 3^n\over\scriptstyle 2^{2n}-n 3^n} ={\scriptstyle 4^{n}+n 3^n\over\scriptstyle 4^{n}-n 3^n} = {\scriptstyle 4^n\over\scriptstyle 4^n} \dfrac{1+{\scriptstyle n\over\scriptstyle \left({\scriptstyle 4\over\scriptstyle 3}\right)^n }}{ 1-{\scriptstyle n\over\scriptstyle \left({\scriptstyle 4\over\scriptstyle 3}\right)^n} }\). Par croissances comparées \({\scriptstyle n\over\scriptstyle \left({\scriptstyle 4\over\scriptstyle 3}\right)^n } \xrightarrow[n\rightarrow +\infty]{} 0\). Donc : \(u_n \xrightarrow[n\rightarrow +\infty]{} 1\).

  3. \(u_n= {\scriptstyle a^n+b^n\over\scriptstyle a^n-b^n}= {\scriptstyle b^n\over\scriptstyle b^n}\dfrac{ 1+ \left({\scriptstyle a\over\scriptstyle b}\right)^n }{-1 + \left({\scriptstyle a\over\scriptstyle b}\right)^n }\xrightarrow[n\rightarrow +\infty]{} -1\) car \(\left({\scriptstyle a\over\scriptstyle b}\right)^n\) est le terme général d’une suite géométrique de raison \({\scriptstyle a\over\scriptstyle b}\in \left]-1,1\right[\).

  4. \(u_n={\scriptstyle 3^n-4\over\scriptstyle 3^n+2} = {\scriptstyle 3^n\over\scriptstyle 3^n} \dfrac{1-{\scriptstyle 4\over\scriptstyle 3^n}}{1+{\scriptstyle 2\over\scriptstyle 3^n}} \xrightarrow[n\rightarrow +\infty]{} 1\) par opérations sur les limites.

  5. Pour tout réel \(x\), \(-1\leqslant\cos x \leqslant 1\), donc pour tout \(n\in\mathbb{N}^*\), \(-{\scriptstyle 1\over\scriptstyle n}\leqslant{\scriptstyle\cos n\over\scriptstyle n} \leqslant{\scriptstyle 1\over\scriptstyle n}\). D’après le théorème des gendarmes : \(u_n \xrightarrow[n\rightarrow +\infty]{}0\).

  6. \(u_n={\scriptstyle-n^2+1\over\scriptstyle n^2+3} = {\scriptstyle n^2\over\scriptstyle n^2} {\scriptstyle-1+{\scriptstyle 1\over\scriptstyle n^2}\over\scriptstyle 1+{\scriptstyle 3\over\scriptstyle n^2}} \xrightarrow[n\rightarrow +\infty]{}-1\) par opérations sur les limites.
