Produit de convolution

[ Definition ]
On appelle produit de convolution de deux lois de probabilités indépendantes \(P^X\) et \(P^Y\) sur \(\mathbb{R}\) la mesure de probabilité \(P^X*P^Y\) sur \(\mathbb{R}\) définie par \[(P^X*P^Y)(E)=\int_{\mathbb{R}} ( \int_{\mathbb{R}} \chi_E(y) dP^Y(y-x) ) dP^X(x).\]
