Fonction argument cosinus hyperbolique
[ Proposition ]
La fonction cosinus hyperbolique, restreinte à \(\mathbb{R}_+\), définit une bijection de \(\mathbb{R}_+^*\) sur son image \([1,+\infty[\). L’application réciproque est appelée argument cosinus hyperbolique et est notée \(\mathop{\mathrm{argch}}\). \[\mathop{\mathrm{argch}}: \left\{ \begin{array}{ccl} \left[1,+\infty\right[ & \longrightarrow & \mathbb{R} \\ y & \longmapsto & \mathop{\mathrm{argch}}y \end{array} \right.\] \[\begin{aligned} \forall y\in\left[1,+\infty\right[, & & \mathop{\mathrm{ch}}\left(\mathop{\mathrm{argch}}y\right)=y\\ \forall x\in\mathbb{R}_+, & & \mathop{\mathrm{argch}}\left(\mathop{\mathrm{ch}}x\right)=x\end{aligned}\] La fonction \(\mathop{\mathrm{argch}}\)
